Dear users,
We are sharing a new approach that is not a replacement for your medication. It’s not “magic,” and it likely won’t help everyone - but many people may find it useful for day‑to‑day coping, and it is designed to fit alongside standard PD treatment.
Developing this supplement, we reviewed available in‑vitro / in‑vivo and animal research where natural materials were studied in relation to PD symptoms and underlying biology. From there, we selected core ingredients such as marula fruit & oil, salidroside, and oleuropein. Next, we added substances with some human testing/clinical relevance, including ambroxol, nicotinamide riboside (NR) chloride, and TUDCA.
We then expanded the formulation based on the broader evidence commonly cited by the scientific literature, adding additional components such as hydroxytyrosol (HXT), phosphatidylserine, NAC (N‑acetyl‑cysteine), mannitol, CoQ10, vitamin B1, and more, 16 components total.
Once we had the formula, we optimized the production methods, including supercritical extraction and lyophilization, with quality/standardization steps (including HPLC where relevant). To improve bioavailability and usability, we designed a matrix with liposomal technology, nutrient fibers, and a dissolvable powder format.
Pilot collaboration & early results
During this process, we collaborated with the Israeli PD Foundation, which allocated 30 pilot participants to help test the formula. In a 4‑month pilot trial (30 patients), we saw an overall 44% success ratea cross various symptoms, including: improved daily energy, reduced fatigue and anxiety, better sleep, relief of constipation, and improved motor symptoms.
